    Customers have reported application performance has returned to normal, and all internal monitors have returned to a stable status.

    We are confidently marking this issue resolved for now.

    If you continue experience any performance issues within the Olla Dashboard, please hard-refresh your browser / clear your cache, log back in and this should resolve your issue. If you still continue experiencing any issues, please notify support@olla.co or use our in-app chat ASAP for additional support.

Issues with Sales Associate Account Logins

    **The issue with Sales Associate accounts has been resolved, and all existing Sales Associate Accounts are able to login without issue. Please refresh the Dashboard before logging back in with a Sales Associate account if it was previously affected.

    New Sales Associate accounts can also be created if necessary from the Manage Team page of the Dashboard.**

    The issue with Sales Associate accounts has been resolved, and new Sales Associate accounts can be created if necessary from the Manage Team page of the Dashboard. Please refresh the Dashboard before logging in with newly created accounts.

    For any affected Collection item pricing, the final checkout price is being displayed accurately on the checkout page.

    We are currently working on deploying a fix for the Collection pricing issue.
