December 12, 2022 at 8:58 PMSome retailers have reported issues logging into their Olla Dashboard with Sales Associate accounts, and Collection items showing discounts for products not currently in an active sale.
The issue with Sales Associate accounts has been resolved, and new Sales Associate accounts can be created if necessary from the Manage Team page of the Dashboard. Please refresh the Dashboard before logging in with newly created accounts.
For any affected Collection item pricing, the final checkout price is being displayed accurately on the checkout page.
We are currently working on deploying a fix for the Collection pricing issue.
